The adventure commences every Saturday and Sunday in October; Lil Grim’s Family Fun Hayride is an entirely new and standalone daytime event designed to offer all the fun and excitement of Halloween with a light-hearted yet immersive twist. Lil Grim’s Manager– Kim Anderson provided some insight into her biography and career as well as work with Reaper’s Revenge: Kim “I began my adulting as an educator, early childhood education to be exact, in the 90’s (you can leave the year out, lol).  Working with the young kids was always great fun and has given me an excellent foundation for the day show and how to relate to the kids and families.”

“After spending several years as an educator, I moved into educating the up-and-coming educators. I started teaching classes for the state of Kentucky early childhood CEU courses.”

“From a child, Halloween has always been a passion.  I have never missed a Halloween to dress up and have fun, whether giving out candy, going trick or treating with my kids, or decorating my house or car for local kids and truck or treat days.  Coming to work for Reapers in 2019 fulfilled something I never knew I needed, and that was to become a haunt actor.  I was in my 40s and thought becoming the Witch on a Haunted Hayride would be a great experience.  It certainly was.  After 2019, through the COVID  impacted season, I worked the parking lot and began helping in the HR office with some of the data entry.  2021 began my regular HR journey, where I began helping Reaper’s management and ownership with the daily office tasks and began helping with recruiting. Since then, my duties have expanded to include all aspects of HR.  I now also help with all Safety documentation and have taken the lead under Paul Kotran (owner) with Lil Grim!”
