We have implemented the following practices and policies to create and maintain a secure, professional, and inclusive environment:

Staff Background Checks

All Reaper’s Revenge employees undergo annual background checks. This recurring screening helps us maintain a workplace free from individuals who pose a risk to others, and reflects our commitment to due diligence and prevention.

Sexual Harassment Policy & Training

Reaper’s Revenge has a comprehensive sexual harassment policy that clearly outlines unacceptable behaviors, reporting procedures, and enforcement standards. All staff members are required to complete annual training to understand, identify, and prevent harassment in the workplace. This training is mandatory and is updated regularly to reflect current standards and best practices.

Workplace Safety & Emergency Training

All team members participate in regular training on workplace safety protocols, including emergency evacuations, severe weather procedures, guest incident response, and hazard identification. This training is reinforced through seasonal refreshers and pre-season workshops to ensure team readiness.
Reaper’s Revenge completes daily and ongoing safety and quality checks of all departments and attractions to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. Attraction inspections al completed by PA Dept of Agriculture ride inspectors.

Open Reporting & Investigation Standards

We have developed robust reporting systems that allow any staff member to report concerns anonymously or directly to management. Every report is treated seriously and handled promptly, with follow-up investigations conducted by trained staff or independent third-party auditors when necessary.

Third-Party Oversight & Accountability

To further ensure integrity in our processes, Reaper’s Revenge utilizes external auditing and review of internal investigations when needed. This extra layer of oversight helps maintain transparency and fairness, and gives our staff confidence that concerns will be heard, investigated, and resolved properly.
